1. About this application

Aqter Trade Uploader ("the App") is an internal content management tool developed and operated by Aqter Trade (Yiwu Bazaar Sourcing), a Yiwu-based China sourcing agent. The App automates publishing product videos to TikTok accounts owned and operated by Aqter Trade.

2. Use of the App

The App is for internal use by Aqter Trade staff only. It connects to TikTok accounts owned by Aqter Trade via TikTok's official Content Posting API. Users authorize the App through TikTok's OAuth flow; the App only posts content to accounts the user has authorized.

3. Content responsibility

All videos published through the App are created by Aqter Trade. Aqter Trade is solely responsible for the content it publishes and ensures compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

4. Data handling

The App stores TikTok OAuth tokens solely to perform authorized publishing actions. Tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". Aqter Trade is not liable for interruptions caused by TikTok platform changes, API limits, or network issues.
